Visa Sponsorship Jobs in the Netherlands (IND Recognised Sponsors)
To hire someone from outside the EU as a highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant), a Dutch employer must first be recognised as a sponsor by the IND, the Dutch immigration service. The IND publishes every recognised employer in a public register that anyone can check.
That makes the Netherlands one of the easiest countries to check: if a company is not on the register, it cannot sponsor you through the highly skilled migrant route, however good the job ad sounds.

How Relokit helps
- Relokit keeps a copy of the IND register and checks the company name of every job in your search against it.
- Jobs at recognised sponsors are marked, so you can skip employers that would have to become a sponsor before they could hire you.
- You can turn on “sponsors only” to hide everything else.

Good to know
- Being a recognised sponsor means a company can apply for your permit, not that every role it posts is open to international candidates.
- Company names in job ads don't always match the legal name on the register (for example a brand name versus “… B.V.”). Relokit matches loosely, but double-check the register for anything important.
- Salary and other permit requirements are set by the IND and change over time. Check ind.nl for the current rules.
Questions
Can any Dutch company sponsor a work visa?
No. For the highly skilled migrant route the employer must be on the IND's register of recognised sponsors.
How often is the register updated?
The IND updates the public register regularly. Relokit refreshes its copy from the IND's own page.
